  I think that the owner is more concerned about washing cars than keeping up maintenance on his gas pumps and restrooms. For as many years that I have been stopping there just to get gas, the restrooms have been in shambles and smell horribly. The gas pumps are falling apart literally and he has to cover his underground tanks with floor mats because he can't keep the water out of the gas tanks. I don't know what this person who owns this gas station is waiting for, but I've heard stories of past owners who have taken care of the place before the current owner. Makes no sense that you want to take care of people's cars by washing them but you don't want to take care of your own place.
