  The integrity of this company is non existent. Jane @ intrepid contacted my place of buisness (a local, small privately owned shop) to purchase an item to replace on one of our mutual customers cars. I told her that the item was not in stock and had to be ordered. She said to go ahead and order the part and when it came in that they would send someone out to pick it up. She even emailed me the next day to see if the part arrived yet so they could pick it up.
  
  The item came in and now they refused to pick up the item because they found a cheap replica of the item online for $50 that they ordered as will use on the customers car instead.
  
  Not only do they use cheap Chinese parts on their customers vehicles, but they don't follow thru on their word. If ANY company says they will do something and then doesn't follow thru, that company is no longer deserving of my money.
  
  I have plenty of body shops in the area that I've worked with who can Deliver on their word and do great quality work at a fair price.
